I created this web site for people like me.  I've always had a tough time doing interviews:  it's unnerving and it's easy to say the wrong thing ... or worse:  go blank.  After attending a local career skills event, I realized that I wasn't alone.  Lots of people have trouble with interviews. 

I found that the best way to get better was to do lots of interviews (repetition) with lots of different people (build confidence with strangers).  In trying to deal with the problem for myself, I came up with the idea for this site:  bring together individuals who want to improve their interview skills by practicing with each other.  This process has made a major positive difference in my life, and I truly believe that it will have similar effect for others.
